Greek-Roman period paintings presumably from the caves of Qau el-Kebir, representing the god Antaeus and the goddess Nephtys. Antaeus, very damaged, is in the centre of the photograph. From a reproduction by Golenischeff (ZAS XXII, 1882) it shows that in the time between 1882 and 1905 the graffiti was intentionally damaged. Schiaparelli excavations.
