Photo 1/1
Vases found during the archaeological excavations of 1903. The features of the surrounding environment suggest that it is a building in Egypt, however a room inside the Turin Museum should not be ruled out. To corroborate the hypothesis that the photo was taken in Egypt, here represented is Evaristo Breccia; classical archaeologist and future director of the Greaco-Roman Museum of Alexandria, who in February 1903 opened the site for the mission in Giza.
