Photo 1/1
Wall painting scene from TT51 (north wing, west wall of the transverse chamber), tomb belonging to Userhat, also known as Neferhebef. The painting depicts the deceased in the company of his wife, Hatshepsut or Shepsut, while receiving some offerings. On the left, a Sem priest wearing a leopard’s skin is purifying the offerings. The company Lehnert and Landrock (Egypt) was founded in the 1920s, therefore the photograph was taken later. Photograph probably taken by Rudolph Lehnert.
